My friend Brooke convinced me to do the Colfax Half Marathon for her first half with her...training went pretty well but is kind of tough at the end of the winter...however it did prepare us for race day's lovely weather!
yes, that is 42 degrees and rain at start time
we put some trash bags on for the walk to City Park from Brooke's house...to stay dry and to keep us warm

after the run the boys hopped in Hudson's bike carrier and we headed out for some breakfast and to warm up!!
