Day 5- Jamaica

We arrived early in Jamaica so we went for a walk along the deck and took some pictures
heading up to the top deck in the elevator...Cohen talks up a storm in the mornings

the portthere were way more hills than we thought some really really chunky feet!!sun coming through the clouds

Time to head ashorenot loving the hat and glasses...nice try mommy
We did a plantation tour for the first part of the morning sugar cane which we got to try
sitting on the tractor...it was HOT!
view of the port from above
sitting on daddy's lap on the tractor
ocean views!
pineapple
attempting to climb a palm tree
just a little further to go
being shown how it is really done
and then there were a few ostriches
and my family will be amazed by this photo after being traumatized by one when I was little
the main plantation house
and the view from the back
the view from this pool has to be one of the best I have ever seenmy boys coming down into the garden a few garden shots...many more flower ones to come at the end of the post
Cohen's first time on grass...not so sure about it...he didn't want to put his knees down
a lot of the trees on the plantation have been planted by famous people, the one in front of the main house was planted by Churchill
after the plantation tour it was time for the ocean...other than touching toes in the ocean in California in December this was Cohen's first time really playing in the ocean
and he loved it!
you have to yell when in the ocean
he kept sticking his tongue out...not sure of the salty taste but not phased by it like his mom (who HATES salt water)!
time to change out of the wet clothes which was VERY funny
and sound asleep once again
a good close up of the crazy hair and back to the boat we go

leaving Jamaica
who knew the lid to the butter could be so much fun?!
making the rounds
the ship crew loved him
they even dubbed him the ship baby
his nightly towel friend
and showing off his new trick of standing in his crib
in case you don't look he grunts and makes noise to make sure you see him
And as promised...flower pictures from the plantation:

What great pictures!!! I love the one of Cohen's feet and you climbing a palm tree! I might have to make a copy of that for my palm tree picture collection. :)
