Fudge is THIRTY

Our friend Fudge turned 30 so we went out to celebrate

this was my glass of wine...they are not messing around!

the ITSY BITSY spider...

My mom and my uncle have had the ongoing debate for years on whether it is ITSY BITSY spider or EENSY WEENSY spider in the song. They have both found numerous items to back up their claims so it has yet to be decided.

Cohen loves doing "arts" so he had fun helping to make spiders

We did realize after the fact that grandma may need a little help in the spider making department...just count the number of legs our spider guy has!

Cohen's school party

Cohen's school had a little Halloween party/parade that Sam and I went to check out. The parade was nuts but it was fun to watch him in his classroom AND it gave me one more opportunity to dress him up as Cat in the Hat!

Halloween cookie time!

he REALLY got into it

some cats and bats and moons and pumpkins (although once baked you would be hard pressed to tell what they were)

he did his own frosting as well and with the amount of finger licking in the process the ones decorated by Cohen quickly became only Cohen's :)

it is best to just dump some sprinkles on

like in one big pile on the cookie

and after all of the hard work time for a taste test

and a green mouth!

First Snow

The first snow this year was fun because Cohen was truly mesmorized by it and we got DUMPED on! We went out to play in the snow before school...

Halloween card making

Cohen now loves to do "arts" so we had him make some Halloween cards, here he is busy at work...

The nice thing about right before Halloween is that everywhere that attracts kids seems to do some sort of party, including the Butterfly Pavillion.
