Supper Club weekend away

Our small group decided that we would celebrate 5ish years of being together with a fun weekend getaway in the mountains.

 Sam and I looked back part way into the drive and we see this kiddo kicked back

 a little later he is just in full relax mode

 and goofy mode

 it was late by the time we finally arrived, so Cohen crashed not too much later

 the next morning I went for a beautiful training run

 can't really beat the views while logging the miles

 once back at the house we pulled out some cupcakes for the boys to decorate for Cohen's birthday

 this is how his cupcake started off

 then after watching friends he decided to add a bit more

 time for candles...guess who's THREE...MEEEEE

 finally they are all out

 and I am THREE!

 which is just so silly

 this is exactly how much of his cupcake he ate after all of the decorating

 but cupcakes were no match for Eli!

 or Grace

 then it was time for some silly play time

 and watching the trains

 then the rain

 and finally some amazing rainbows!

 the next sets of pics are out of order but will stay that way to avoid redoing all of them...on the way home after our fun weekend away we went over trail ridge road and stopped for a quick hike

 it was kind of chilly!

 that stopped a few minutes into the hike so the boys were not deterred

Wash Park Race

Cohen and I did this race last year on his 2nd birthday, so we decided to keep up the tradition.

 my 5k was first, so after a quick high five from Cohen...

 I was off

 and this little guy was waiting for me at the finish line

 I finished which means it is time for Cohen to...

 warm up, so he and his buddy Hudson did some stretches

 and some cheesy photos for us

 then some stretches with the group

 and they were off

 Cohen just loves to run, doesn't matter how fast he goes

 he smiles the whole time

 another great race

 and a medal



Allyson's 60th

We celebrated Allyson's 60th birthday with a fun night out in the town center.

 we walked to the town center

 then got some dinner, here is Cohen at dinner with grandma's glasses on

 after dinner we headed to the town green for a concert

 and some play time

 we ended the night with an assortment of cupcakes

and two, not sixty candles...



Cohen's First Bank Account

My friend Natae works at a bank that is just for kids and they were throwing a big party for their anniversary so we decided it was time for Cohen to take all of his change in and open up an account.

 Shockingly he had $107 in change!

 so he took his deposit slip and account book to the tellar to deposit

 then it was time for the party

Girl's Weekend

I have no idea how out of an entire girl's weekend I have 3 pictures but here they are. We went for a quick escape in the mountains. One night in Keystone and one at the Beaver Creek Hyatt thanks to a friends and family discount. It was a fun weekend of hanging out, watching some Olympics, eating some great food and just time with the girls.
