We enjoyed an amazing fall day up in Estes Park to celebrate my birthday with my parents and Cohen.  We went into Rocky Mountain National Park to check out the colors and look for some elk.  We lucked out that the Aspens were really starting to change so it was beautiful.

we drove to the top of trail ridge road, the views were amazing

we spent a lot of time watching these 4 down below as they tried to move in on another group and would be chased away

we went for a mini hike across the way, but Cohen was not feeling well from the car ride up the hill and was tired so it didn't last long

I had a fun night out with my girlfriends to celebrate my birthday as well.  We met for some food/drinks at one of our favorite places in the town center and then enjoyed some yummy cakes!

rockies 9-17

We had bought tickets to a rockies game for Isaac's 2nd birthday but the actual game day got rained out so we postponed and got tickets to this game instead.  The boys had lots of fun and it was a gorgeous night for a game.  We made it through much more of the game than we thought we would.  Cohen loved every time someone was up to bat and they played their music...he would dance along.

soccer time

Cohen loves soccer.  A lot comes from lots of soccer viewing with dad and a lot comes from his coach at his school.  He is coachkyle (all one word to Cohen).  Apparently when Kyle comes to Cohen's classroom he hops out of his chair and takes off to go play soccer.
